We pride ourselves on providing the highest quality flooring products at the lowest possible prices, however we understand that in certain circumstance you may need to return goods in your order. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return your item must be;
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- Your item must be in the original packaging
We aim to provide a simple returns procedure; contact our customer service team via e-mail; firstname.lastname@example.org or telephone 01455 288 504 to discuss your return and we will give you a returns number and returns address. Please note that as the customer you are responsible for returning the goods to us at your expense in a complete, unused and ‘as new’ condition within 7 days of your purchase. Please enclose documentation in with the return, which clearly states details of the products and quantity you are returning, along with your name, address, contact number and most importantly the returns number- which you will have been given by our team. We would highly recommend that you send your return back to us via a suitable recorded delivery class to ensure that you are able to track your order and have peace of mind that it has arrived back to us safely. We may also be able to collect the return from your original delivery address if this is more convenient- please ask a member of our team who will check availability of this service and quote you a price for collection of your return. You should ensure that the goods you are returning are well protected to keep them safe on their journey back to us, as any costs for damaged goods will be taken from the total amount refunded.
Please note – As mentioned in our terms and conditions, unfortunately we are unable to accept products which are bespoke or made to your specifications, such as carpet or vinyl cut from a roll. Our returns policy also excludes latex bag/bottles & adhesives unless these are received damaged and this damaged has been noted on the delivery ticket.
Once we receive your item we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit/ debit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. As mentioned above delivery charges are non-refundable and you as the customer are responsible for delivery charges (postage/ courier service or collection by our courier). Most customers who are returning unused goods opt for the our courier to collect the return and in this instance the collection fee you have been quoted will be deducted from your refund.
