ARDEX ARDITEX CL Latex Smoothing & Levelling Compound is a high-performance, two-part ARDEX latex floor levelling compound designed to smooth and level a wide range of internal subfloors prior to the installation of floor coverings. Supplied as a 20kg powder and 4.5kg latex liquid, ARDITEX CL provides excellent adhesion, flexibility and rapid drying properties, making it one of the most trusted ARDEX smoothing compounds available for professional flooring installations.
Suitable for use over concrete, sand/cement screeds, ceramic tiles, quarry tiles and underfloor heating systems, ARDEX ARDITEX CL can be applied from a feather edge up to 10mm in a single application. The latex formulation delivers improved flexibility and durability compared to traditional floor levelling compounds, helping to create a smooth, stable surface ready for the installation of LVT, vinyl, carpet, laminate, engineered wood and other floor finishes.
Designed with ease of use in mind, ARDITEX CL Latex offers excellent flow and self-smoothing characteristics for a high-quality finish with minimal effort. Its rapid setting properties allow the surface to be walked on in approximately 2 hours, with most floor coverings suitable for installation after just 12 hours.
