Process for collection:

1. Order online via our website and select collection and the preferred location at checkout.

2. You will receive an ‘Order Notification’ email.
(Goods are not always stocked at the branch and will therefore be transferred over night or the next working day, meaning that collection is not always possible the same day as the order is placed. If your order is urgent, we would advise to contact us before placing the order to check stock at the specific branch.

3. Await the ‘Collection Details’ email, which depending on the time your order is placed is usually sent within a couple of hours of us receiving and processing the order. This email will give you the important collection details such as the confirmed collection date and very importantly the collection reference. Important- Please do not travel to the branch until you have received this email with your collection reference. The branches will not recognise your order from order number and therefore it is vital you await the collection reference.

4. Your order status will be changed to ‘complete’ on our system once we have sent you the collection date and reference and you will receive an email with VAT invoice attached for your records.
