By placing an order on our website, you are agreeing and satisfied with the delivery conditions/ information below.

Free Delivery – Orders over £199.00 (ex VAT)
Standard Delivery – £30.00 (ex VAT)

Our £30.00 delivery charge applies to orders under the value of £199.00 (ex VAT). We aim to offer fast delivery usually within 1-5 working days, however in the majority of cases we deliver next day!

  • Exemptions to the above include products listed on our site as ‘contact us for a price’.
  • Collection- We offer free collection from one of our many partner distribution branches located across the UK (locations below). If none of the collection branches stated on our website are suitable, please contact us for further collection points.

Collection Note

Products cannot be purchased directly at the branch. You must order via the website and await collection details and reference. The collection reference is required at the branch, as they will not recognise the order by your order number or name. Collection is not always possible on the same day, as sometimes stock has to be transferred. If your order is urgent, please always contact us to discuss stock and collection before placing your order.

Heckmondwike, Gradus carpet/ carpet tiles/ LVT, Burmatex, Interface, IVC and Paragon products are not available for collection.

Delivery Areas

We can deliver to the majority of UK mainland addresses, however unfortunately we are unable to deliver to the Cornwall, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands and Ireland and Northern Ireland. There are also a few areas in Devon, Lincolnshire, Wales and Scotland which we do not over. We would advise to email us with your delivery postcode to check before ordering if you delivery is required to these parts of the UK. We usually deliver in a 7.5 tonne vehicle and therefore there may be other remote areas/ areas where access for delivery vehicle is difficult, which we may not be able to deliver to. When you place your order with us we will always endeavour to contact you within 24 hours to notify you if we cannot deliver your order and will give a full refund to original payment method. There are also certain areas in the UK which our delivery partners do not visit as regularly and therefore delivery may not be carried out in our standard 1-5 working days- we will contact you to advise of the soonest delivery available.

Important Information to be aware of

  • If your order is placed on a Friday after 1pm or during the weekend or bank holidays, then your order may not be processed until the Monday or the next business day and will be delivered on the following business day thereafter or on the date advised in our delivery email to you.
  • If next day delivery is imperative to your order we would always suggest that you contact our team via telephone or e-mail to check stock prior to ordering.
  • Someone will need to be present at the delivery address to safely receive and sign for the delivery. Anyone at the delivery address will be deemed to be authorised to accept delivery.
  • Standard delivery is made to the kerb side due to insurance guidelines and the driver may require help to carry goods into your property.
  • Orders will usually be delivered via our distribution partner, manufactuer’s courier or an independent courier service.
  • Delivery times are between 7.30am to 6pm and delivery companies cannot call before delivery – the time slot is “an all day delivery”. Requests for an E.T.A (Estimated Time of Delivery) are at the courier’s discretion and are unfortunately not usually available. Wherever possible we will advise you at the time of order of approximate delivery lead-times.
  • Deliveries could be made on a lorry or a van and we will therefore assume that the delivery address will be accessible. If there is likely to be a problem with access then please inform us at the time of order to discuss.
  • On delivery please ensure that you check the packaging for any visual damage to the goods before you sign for your order. If you do receive damaged goods, packaging or there are missing items, please make sure it is noted on the courier driver’s paperwork and we also ask that you contact us directly to ensure we are aware of the problem.
  • We advise against booking fitters/ installers until goods have been received and checked, as we cannot take responsibility for any consequential losses or delays in delivery.
  • If your order arrives as arranged but delivery is unsuccessful due to nobody being present at delivery address, inadequate help available to unload products/goods, the goods are refused, or the order is cancelled whilst in transit you may be liable for any additional costs incurred for the goods being returned. This cost of usually based on product weight.

Collection in person

Simply select your preferred collection location at ‘Check out’ stage and when we receive your order, we will send you an e-mail with the full address of where to collect your order from along with details of timescales of when your order will be ready for collection. Please do not travel to the collection branch until you have received confirmation of collection date and collection reference. The branch will not recognise your order from order number.
