Description

STYCCOBOND F BALL F49 PRESSURE SENSITIVE ADHESIVE

F49 is a temperature tolerant, water-based pressure sensitive adhesive

This can be used for installing:

Vinyl and LVT floorcoverings

• Skirting, coving and capping

• PVC edgings

• PVC backed textile floor and wall coverings

F49 is an ideal adhesive for securing in areas that are subject to higher than normal temperatures like conservatories and is also suitable for use over normal underfloor heating systems.

STYCCOBOND F49 provides an extremely strong water resistant bond enabling application in areas subject to water/high humidity when used in conjunction with a suitable STOPGAP smoothing underlayment.

Outstanding plasticiser resistance ensures STYCCOBOND F49 HYBRID PS can be used for securing highly plasticised flooring accessories and trims. The high final bond strength ensures optimum dimensional stability throughout the lifetime of the installation.

It can be applied to structurally sound, smooth, dry subfloors of concrete and sand/ cement screed, calcium sulphate, STOPGAP smoothing underlayments and plywood. Sound flooring grade asphalt must be skimmed with a minimum of 3mm and a maximum 6mm of the appropriate STOPGAP smoothing underlayment.

STYCCOBOND F49 HYBRID PS can be applied directly to STOPGAP epoxy waterproof surface membranes and other non-absorbent subfloors where the surface finish is smooth enough to permit the installation of resilient floorcoverings. On non absorbent surfaces the adhesive should be allowed to dry to a clear, tacky consistency before installing the floorcovering.
